Service Agreement
By requesting service from Expressway Auto Experts LLC, you agree to these terms. Our licensed operators provide towing and roadside assistance across NYC and Tri-State. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins.
Pricing & Payment
Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates. Actual charges depend on distance, vehicle type, road conditions, and service requirements. Payment is due upon completion of service unless covered by a commercial account agreement.
Liability
Expressway Auto Experts LLC is fully licensed and insured. We exercise reasonable care when handling vehicles. Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings before towing and for providing accurate location and vehicle information.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel a dispatched service, contact us immediately at 718-946-6400. Cancellation fees may apply if an operator is already en route.
